Competitive Health develops and delivers software solutions and hosted services that allow our customers to be more responsive to their stakeholders: their customers, employers, physicians, and consultants. Our interactive media response (IMR) solutions are designed to be deployed in our hosted services environment. Our platform enables users to choose their preferred media and to combine media choices within a single interaction. For example, a physician may use interactive phone response commands to reprice an office visit and request an explanation of benefits by fax. That same data can then be emailed to the provider's billing department and the Payor.

These solutions and services improve enterprise responsiveness by allowing anytime, anywhere, anyway access to real-time information, self-service applications and online transactions. What is Vista?

In and of itself, Vista represents a generational leap beyond any proprietary, hardware-centric IVR systems. Unlike traditional proprietary solutions, the Vista platform allows you to deliver powerful, interactive applications while leveraging your existing infrastructure and resources. Vista is an open, standards-based NT-Java software platform that is designed to operate on commercially available servers and utilize Dialogic telephony boards.
